Technical
conditions for Colored ads in As-Safir :
All "4 Colors" (quadrichromie) films should
necessary be sent along with a copy proof (Cromalin)
for a better color separation.
Any other copy proof will not be considered as valid.
Only the ads with one additional color (bichromie)
having the "Magenta" or "Cyan" or "Yellow"
as additional color will be considered as such.
Any other additional color used in a film will be considered
as a 4 colors ad.
A copy proof (Cromalin) should be sent along with every
film, preferably on newspaper paper (it contains 20% of grey).
The newspaper declines all responsibility of bad printing
quality in case these instructions were not followed.
